Manage suppliers, contractors, compliance, budgets, asset plans, acquisitions, dispositions, tenant relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio value and performance.

Leads operational performance, reliability, maintenance, capital planning, sustainability, vendor management, budgets, and compliance across a commercial real estate portfolio. Oversees building systems, asset lifecycle planning, emergency preparedness, operational metrics, capital projects, and tenant improvements. Provides technical leadership, manages multidisciplinary teams and managers, develops operational standards, and supports acquisitions, redevelopments, and asset transitions while advancing ESG, wellness, and certification initiatives.

The Valuation Accountant will support property valuations, assess Argus models for accuracy, and assist in financial decision-making.
