Manage design, implementation, and daily operations of network infrastructure across a national property portfolio. Perform network discovery, Wi‑Fi spectrum analysis, cable tracing, install/configure firewalls, routers, switches and access points, monitor and test performance, handle service tickets, and document infrastructure while collaborating with technical teams and security to ensure reliable, secure connectivity and user satisfaction.

The Valuation Accountant will support property valuations, assess Argus models for accuracy, and assist in financial decision-making.
