As we continue to grow, Shakudo is seeking an AI Business Process Automation Engineer who is both technically adept and business-minded. In this role, you will work closely with sales, customer success, operations, and marketing teams to understand and automate key business processes using the stack components available on Shakudo. You'll leverage tools like n8n, Ollama, LangChain, agentic workflows, and NLP-to-SQL technologies to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work intimately with sales, customer success, operations, and marketing to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Utilize Shakudo's platform and tools like n8n, LangChain, and Ollama to build intelligent automation workflows that enhance business processes.
- Leverage Coding Skills: While proficient in no-code and low-code solutions, you will also employ your strong coding skills to develop custom solutions where necessary, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
- Develop NLP-to-SQL Systems: Create systems that convert natural language inputs into SQL queries to facilitate data access and decision-making.
- Optimize Business Processes: Continuously assess and refine existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation workflows and provide training to stakeholders to ensure effective adoption.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, automation, and business process management to bring innovative solutions to Shakudo.
What You'll Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process automation or a related role.
- Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
- Experience with tools like n8n, LangChain, Ollama, agentic workflows, and NLP-to-SQL technologies.
- Strong coding skills are a very strong plus (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in no-code and low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with AI models and natural language processing.
- Deep understanding of SQL and database query construction.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer success, operations, and marketing processes.
- Ability to analyze business needs and drive strategic solutions.
- Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
