We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support and organize multiple ongoing initiatives within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable professional who can manage day-to-day project activities, ensure Agile best practices are followed, and fill in critical gaps to keep delivery on track.

This is a contractual hybrid role for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension. The candidate must work from the Toronto office 3 days/ week. 

Job Location: Toronto

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Track and report project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations, and align goals.
  • Provide structure and organization to day-to-day project operations that require additional support.
  • Serve as a mentor or guide for team members to strengthen Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
