Lead the design, migration, testing, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD pipelines across VM and mainframe platforms. Migrate deployment automation from IBM UrbanCode Deploy to Octopus Deploy, refactor Groovy scripts, develop C# automation, validate production releases, and troubleshoot deployment issues. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and release management teams while advancing CI/CD governance, security, reliability, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence.
