The Property & Casualty Insurance Sector is facing a multitude of key trends that are leading it to change and adapt at a rapid pace: Accelerating digitization, the growing importance of artificial intelligence and accelerating new technology trends in the P&C insurance sector (e.g. telematics and insurtech), shifting customer needs (i.e., growing demand for personalized experiences, etc.), growing emphasis on sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, market consolidation via sustained M&A activity, pressure on traditional cost structures and revenue streams, etc.  The decisions made by industry players to create winning conditions for the future are critical. Like a team of external strategy/management consultants, our business strategy team focuses on growing and improving the business through strategic planning and execution by guiding the organization's key stakeholders in making major decisions. As an analyst, you facilitate decision-making at the senior leadership level by developing credible, fact-based analyses to support recommendations on the best corporate strategy to adopt. You need to be creative, share ideas, and help solve problems using your analytical skills and knowledge of the organization's objectives and priorities. You effectively and succinctly articulate complex ideas verbally, in written form, and with slides/charts. You must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. You work with different stakeholders, so you need to be able to collaborate with cross functional teams, including technical specialists, subject matter experts and senior decision-makers. • Analyze and interpret data to guide the decision-making process.

  • Analyze markets and industries to inform decision-making on critical initiatives for the organization.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

  • Stay informed and contribute to the analysis of industry trends and emerging technologies by assessing their potential impacts on the organization.
