The Advisor, Performance Measurement plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS), including Enbridge Gas Ontario, Enbridge Gas Quebec, and U.S. utilities. In this position, you will lead enterprise benchmarking initiatives, transform complex data into meaningful insights, and deliver performance reporting that supports operational excellence and strategic outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead AGA/CGA benchmarking surveys and performance analysis, translating results into actionable insights that drive operational excellence across GDS.

  • Develop and deliver performance reporting, including advanced scorecards and dashboards, in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership to align with business objectives.

  • Oversee regulatory reporting and Service Quality Requirements to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely submission.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate, and communicate data, while streamlining reporting processes and establishing a single source of truth.

  • Implement and maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring standardized, reliable, and centralized performance data.

  • Collaborate with the Performance Reporting team and business leaders to enhance reporting tools, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, solving complex problems and identifying opportunities for growth using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and SAP Business Objects.

Who You Are:

  • University Degree required: Business, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering.

  • 5+ years experience working in performance measurement, reporting and/or analytics.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent leader.

  • Outstanding organization skills and excellent attention to details.

  • Proven results of managing and prioritizing ongoing demands and tight timelines.

  • Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated results in proactively identifying and implementing improvements and driving results.

  • Proven track record of building excellent client relationships.

  • Exceptional computer skills using Excel and Power Point.

  • Experience with Excel, PowerBI, SQL and other performance reporting tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Work Management.

  • Broad understanding of Gas Distribution & Storage data and systems.

  • Exceptional computer skills including business intelligence skills coupled with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires normal physical effort

  • This position typically operates in an office environment

  • Travel may be required as part of the role (~ 10%)

Salary:

  • Ranges from $81,090 – $113,500 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.​

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.​
