Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for an Administrative Support to join our growing team!
This is a 12-month contract, on-site at our office five days per week.
Location: Toronto, 700 University Avenue
What you will accomplish with us:
Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment, or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
Respond to a variety of requests.
Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
What you will bring:
Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years minimum of experience in an office environment.
Legendary customer service and relationship building.
Exemplary written and verbal communication.
Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
