Coordinates warehouse orders, customer pickups, inbound delivery appointments, inventory confirmations, shipment documentation, and communication among customers, Customer Service, warehouse teams, inventory staff, and drivers. Reviews orders for accuracy, releases work to the warehouse, tracks pickups, updates customer portals, assigns dock doors, prepares bills of lading, manages shipping records, and resolves scheduling or fulfillment issues.

We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that is able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our Warehouse team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from customers and Customer Service regarding rush orders, inventory discrepancies, scheduling rework / builds.
- Review customer orders received. Check for accuracy and completeness.
- Interpret, manage and coordinate with the warehouse on any specific order requirements.
- Plan then release orders to the Warehouse Team according to customer schedules and / or needs.
- Arrange pickups for customers. Book appointments online via customer portals and email. Track all pickups to ensure they have occurred.
- Update customers’ website portals for shipping and cancel date details.
- Plan and book inbound delivery appointments. Assign drivers to doors for pick up and deliveries.
- Manage customer on-site pickups, provide BOL’s and coordinate loading of orders with the Warehouse team.
- Keep all parties informed, communicating issues, delays and options. Problem solve as required.
- Sort, distribute and file shipping and receiving documents.
- Confirm inventory with Inventory team, relay any issues with Customer Service, ensure timelines are being met and coordinate shipments to and from the warehouse and off-site facility. Resolve any issues and escalate if required
Requirements
- Related warehouse clerk or warehouse administrative experience is required.
- Experience working with major retailers in a supply chain / logistics environment is an asset.
- Invoicing and manpower resource planning experience are assets.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
