What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As an Adjustments Specialist, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and processing Letters of Indemnity (LOI) requests related to the correction of financial and non-financial errors in client accounts.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of requests, including signatures, required documentation, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Performing corrections within internal systems according to instructions and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring file quality by identifying missing or inconsistent information and completing the necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with advisors, head office teams, and various internal partners to resolve files within established service timelines.

  • Has 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, dealer administration, or customer service.
  • Has an advance level of English proficiency, as the role requires regular communication by email and phone with advisors, internal teams, and partners located outside Quebec.

The typical hiring range for this position is $47,544 to $78,090 CAD per year. The offered base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity considerations.
