  • Run payments and reconciliations. You will prepare and process weekly payment runs (wires, ACH, EFT), reconcile vendor statements, and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.
  • Support audit and compliance. You will support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports as required.
  • Support. You will assist the accounts payable team in other administrative tasks and special projects.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented and meticulous, emphasizing data entry and documentation accuracy. You are comfortable using accounting systems and tools such as ERP platforms and expense management software (experience with Dynamics 365 or Great Plains is required). You are confident working with Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • The drive. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach and energetic get-it-done style. You thrive in a collaborative environment while working independently and taking ownership of your deliverables.
  • The interpersonal skills. You have effective and flexible communication skills. You have a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, building relationships internally and externally. You take a service-oriented approach to your work, seeking ways to help in all department areas.
