You as an Accounting Administrator will:

  • Process invoices, ensuring accurate vendor, project, and cost coding.
  • Review and verify employee expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and proper tax and cost allocations.
  • Resolve vendor and subcontractor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Assist with monthly billings by compiling and validating project information.
  • Support project costing, cost transfers, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Coordinate the collection and approval of corporate credit card statements.
  • Assist with subcontractor progress payment processing.
  • Provide general project administration support as required.

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum one year of accounting experience, preferably in a construction related environment
  • You have a working knowledge of accounting databases
  • You have the ability to identify problems and assist in producing logical solutions to help co-workers solve issue

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000
