About the role
We’re looking for an Accountant II to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Perform variance analysis on expenses (actual/budget/forecast).
- Perform closing activities (accruals, prepaid, allocations of expenses, etc.).
- Act as a power user on any matters related to the Online Planning tool (annual maintenance, testing, documentation and support).
- Participate in various report production.
- Ensure availability of reports, full Team Employee figures and other key information to partners.
- Participate in cost centres and general ledger accounts maintenance.
- Improve and document processes.
- Assist on ad hoc projects and requests.
What you bring to the table:
- Accounting designation (or in pursue) or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- 2 to 3 years related experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Connaissance d’Excel, niveau avancé
- Bilingualism (French-English). You will be interacting regularly with colleagues from across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
