ROLE PURPOSE
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Oversee campaigns from ideation to execution
- Lead teams to deliver high-quality work aligned with client goals
- Act as the primary communicator between clients and internal teams
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Lead communications, ensure project alignment, and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage internal coordination across creative, strategy, media, and PR teams
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets with transparency
- Oversee financial operations, including invoicing and reconciliations
Business Operations
- Track campaign KPIs and optimize workflows
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- 4 to 6 years of experience in account management or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage campaign timelines and deliverables
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and tracking
- Proficiency in O365 and familiarity with social and digital media

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable leading meetings and managing cross-functional teams
- Passionate about marketing and delivering client-aligned results

PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT (BASE SALARY ONLY)
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 . Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of The Kitchen’s total rewards program.
