The Role

As an Account Supervisor supporting one of our Financial Institution clients, you will play a key role in managing integrated marketing initiatives while building strong, trusted client relationships. You will lead the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring work is delivered on strategy, on budget, and on time.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts and Growth, you will support account planning and business growth initiatives. You will partner closely with strategy, creative, production, media, and other cross-functional teams to bring innovative, customer-focused solutions to life.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted day-to-day partner and advisor.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital, social, CRM, content, print, video, out-of-home, and other emerging platforms.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client's business objectives, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that align with both client goals and customer expectations.

  • Support financial management of projects, including estimates, budgeting, forecasting, and project reconciliation.

  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and guidance to internal teams and junior account staff.

  • Facilitate effective communication among clients, creative teams, production partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Anticipate client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and help solve business challenges.

  • Contribute strategic thinking and bring a solutions-oriented perspective to client and team discussions.

  • Support the development of inclusive, accessible, and customer-centric marketing experiences.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of client-facing experience within an advertising, marketing, communications, or integrated agency environment.

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, CRM, content, and traditional media.

  • Strong account management, client service, and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and oversee project financials.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

  • Ability to navigate complexity, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Familiarity with highly regulated industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or similar sectors, is considered an asset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and project management tools.

The salary range for this position is CAD $75K-$85K Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
