Job Description
JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands. As an Account Specialist IV within our Merchant Services team, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants and internal partners. You will handle both hardware and software inquiries, respond to emails, assist with special projects, and manage technical escalations.
This role provides an opportunity to leverage your call center experience and proficiency with basic computer functions. If you are bilingual and certified on the majority of the Help Desk call types, we strongly encourage you to apply. Join us in providing innovative financial solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer externals calls from merchants calling with e-commerce inquiries and also internal calls
• Respond to email inquiries from internal and external partners
• Assist with special projects such as terminal software and hardware launches
• Manage and complete technical escalations
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• Minimum 3 years of Point Of Sale experience
• High School diploma/GED required
• Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
• Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
