LG2 Toronto is looking for an Account Manager join the Account Services team. This person will act as the vital day-to-day link between our clients and the internal teams, driving the flawless execution of projects from initial briefing to final launch. Striking a perfect balance between client relations and project management, you will champion the successful delivery of campaigns, branding, and design initiatives, keeping them strictly on time and on budget. Whether partnering closely with senior account leadership on major campaigns or independently steering small-to-medium portfolios, you will be the reliable daily anchor ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and creative momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative, branding, and design projects from initial brief to final launch, ensuring all deliverables meet agency standards.

  • Act as the daily operational point of contact for clients, responding to requests in a timely, service-oriented manner while building trusted relationships.

  • Liaise closely with creative, production, media, and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow, clear timelines, and accurate asset trafficking.

  • Establish, monitor, and adjust comprehensive workback schedules to keep all internal and client milestones strictly on track.

  • Oversee day-to-day financial health, including project estimates, budget calculators, billings, BCR tracking, and docket management.

  • Develop and write clear, strategic project briefs under the supervision of senior account leadership to inspire creative teams.

  • Conduct initial quality reviews of all deliverables before client presentation and maintain a thorough understanding of category-specific legal advertising regulations.

  • Create timely meeting contact reports, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and proactively manage up regarding potential risks or workload adjustments.

  • Possesses clear, concise, and logical business writing skills, with the confidence to articulately present to clients and internal teams alike.

  • Adept at managing cross-departmental relationships, instantly inspiring confidence and building trust as the first line of day-to-day communication.

  • Highly organized and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency, sharp critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize under pressure.

  • Eager to gain a deep strategic understanding of the client’s brand, business goals, and competitive landscape.

  • Comfortable navigating day-to-day account financials, project scope estimations, and budget tracking.

  • Comfortable "managing up" on project health or workload, remaining calm under pressure, and recognizing when to ask for guidance.
