Lead visual development and execute multi-platform advertising concepts from brief through production. Provide art direction, storyboards, and craft-driven design across video, OOH, digital and content. Present work, collaborate with copy and stakeholders, mentor junior creatives, and contribute to pitches and new business.

Partner with Art Directors to generate high-volume, concept-driven work; develop and execute 360-degree campaigns; write ad hooks, scripts, and content; manage workflow and production; troubleshoot creative and execution issues; communicate with stakeholders and clients; mentor junior talent and contribute to new-business pitches.

Serve as the day-to-day client liaison managing end-to-end creative, branding, and design projects. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating internal teams, maintaining schedules, overseeing project financials, writing strategic briefs, performing quality reviews, and managing stakeholder communications and risks.
