Your role
We're hiring an Account Manager to be the go-to person for a portfolio of property management companies already using STAN. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: keep our customers happy, supported, and getting real value from STAN every day.
This is a relationship and retention role, not a sales role. You won't carry an upsell or expansion quota — instead, you'll own day-to-day communication with your accounts, solve problems quickly, and make sure customers stay with us for the long run.
What we are looking for
• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of property management companies, community managers, and HOA/condo boards
• Be the first point of contact for account questions, requests, and concerns, and resolve them quickly or route them to the right team
• Run regular check-ins with your accounts to make sure STAN is working well and customers feel supported
• Help customers get the most out of the features they already have through quick walkthroughs, tips, and refresher training
• Track account health and flag risks early, working with Support, Customer Success, and Product to keep customers on track
• Manage renewals for your accounts and keep contracts, contacts, and billing details accurate
• Keep account notes, activity, and customer communication up to date in our CRM
• Gather customer feedback and share it with Product and Engineering
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success when a customer is ready for a larger conversation, handing off cleanly rather than selling
What you Bring
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or customer support, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• A track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and keeping customers happy and retained
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm, professional manner on calls and email
• Strong organization: you can juggle many accounts, follow up on everything, and keep nothing slipping through the cracks
• Problem-solving skills and patience when working through customer issues
• Comfort learning new software quickly and explaining it simply to non-technical users
• Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Nice to Have
• Experience in PropTech, property management, real estate, or HOA/condo software
• Familiarity with property management platforms such as Vantaca, CINC, Buildium, or similar
• Experience supporting customers across both Canada and the U.S.
Benefits
* Competitive salary
* Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits.
* Company Macbook.
* Free parking and shuttle service to the office.
* Extra PTO during occasional US holidays.
* Company events, in-office restaurant, and building-wide perks.
* Unlimited ping pong and espresso!
If you're a closer who is passionate about AI and ready to disrupt a massive industry, we want to talk to you!
Compensation
The salary for this role is CAD 100,000–130,000 per year.
