Own strategic client relationships and account outcomes for a US B2B SaaS portfolio. Lead kickoffs, performance reviews, QBRs, renewals, escalations, paid media and ABM strategy, forecasting, measurement, reporting, and delivery quality. Translate client goals into executable plans for the India team, oversee pipeline-focused performance, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires strong agency-side account leadership, demand generation expertise, CRM and analytics fluency, and effective collaboration across time zones.

About TripleDart
TripleDart Digital is an AI-native, full-funnel growth agency built for B2B SaaS. We run paid media, ABM, SEO/GEO, creative, web/CRO and RevOps for 100+ SaaS brands scaling from $5M to $100M+ ARR across the US, Europe and APAC.
Clients don't measure us on clicks or leads. They measure us on qualified pipeline and revenue generated or influenced. We hold Google Premier Partner, HubSpot Platinum Partner and LinkedIn Corporate Partner status, and AI workflows (automated audits, reporting, creative testing, budget allocation) are core to how we deliver.
The role
This is the senior client-facing seat for our US portfolio. You are the single point of accountability for each account: what we promised, what we're doing about it, how it's performing and where it goes next. You bring the strategic point of view on paid ads, ABM, creative, analytics and dashboards, and you hold the India team to the TripleDart standard on operations, strategy and communication.
You'll spend most of your week with founders and CMOs, not in ad platforms. The job is to be the person they trust with their pipeline number.
What you'll ownClient ownership and relationships
  • Be the primary contact for every account in your book: founders, CMOs, VPs of Marketing and demand gen leads. Weekly calls, monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews are yours to run.
  • Own the health of each relationship: expectations, escalations, scope and renewal conversations. No client should be surprised by a result, a delay or an invoice.
  • Translate client business goals (pipeline, CAC, payback, ARR targets) into a plan the India pod can execute, and translate pod output back into language a CMO acts on.
  • Run kickoff and the first 90 days personally: goals, ICP, measurement plan and reporting cadence agreed in writing before spend starts.
  • Keep a monthly health score (green, amber, red) per account and escalate early, with a fix plan, to the Head of Paid Media.
Strategy
  • Set the paid ads and demand gen strategy per account across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, Reddit and CTV, ABM (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1), creative, landing pages/CRO and measurement.
  • Own the ABM motion with the client's sales team: ICP and target-account list sign-off, intent and firmographic data, paid plus outbound orchestration, and account-stage reporting from engaged accounts to meetings and pipeline.
  • Sign off every media plan, budget split and test roadmap before it goes live, and hold the pod to an experimentation cadence on each account.
  • Bring a point of view. Challenge briefs, recommend what to stop, and tie every recommendation to pipeline and revenue, not platform metrics.
  • Build the 30/60/90-day roadmap for each account and keep it current as performance and priorities shift.
Operations and delivery standard
  • Hold the TripleDart standard on how work ships: briefs, SLAs, QC, reporting cadence and documentation in ClickUp. If the standard slips, you catch it before the client does.
  • Own forecasting and pacing across your book, with no unexplained over- or under-spend.
  • Own the dashboards and reporting layer (Looker Studio, GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce) so every account has a single, trusted view of spend to pipeline.
  • Get measurement right before anything else: conversion tracking, offline conversion imports and CRM attribution feeding the platforms, so optimization runs on pipeline, not form fills.
Collaboration with the global team
  • Work daily with pod leads, paid media strategists, creative, analytics and project operations in India. You direct the work; you don't do it alone.
  • Run a clean handoff rhythm with the India team: priorities set in US hours, executed overnight, reviewed next morning.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Directors on expansion: scoping new services (SEO/GEO, creative, RevOps, Slate), pricing and proposals for existing clients.
Growth
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell within your book. Every account should have a documented expansion path.
  • Turn results into case studies, QBR narratives and referenceable wins the agency can sell with.
How success is measured
Retention and growth of the book come first; everything else is a leading indicator.

Who you areNon-negotiables
  • 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years owning client relationships agency-side (or managing agencies in-house as a demand gen lead).
  • You've sat across from founders and CMOs and held your ground: on strategy, on scope, on a bad month.
  • Working depth in paid media and ABM: you can read a Google or LinkedIn account, critique a media plan, and explain why pipeline moved. You don't need to build campaigns, but you need to know when they're built wrong.
  • Hands-on campaign experience earlier in your career on Google and LinkedIn, and at least one ABM program run end to end with a sales team. You've earned the right to critique the work.
  • Fluent in the demand gen stack: HubSpot or Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads. Comfortable interrogating a dashboard and fixing the story it tells.
  • Pipeline-first thinking. You've worked where leads don't matter and can trace spend to opportunity and revenue.
  • A track record of retaining and growing accounts: renewals, upsells and cross-sells you can point to.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; you write the QBR, you lead the call, you handle the hard email.
  • Comfortable working with a distributed team in India: clear briefs, respectful of time zones, direct feedback.
  • Daily, practical AI use (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for analysis, writing and reporting.
Strong plusses
  • ABM platform or intent-data experience (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, Bombora, G2, Clay).
  • Experience selling or scoping services: proposals, pricing, SOWs.
  • Background in SaaS demand gen in-house before moving agency-side.
  • Creative and CRO judgement: you can brief a designer and give useful feedback on a landing page.
  • Prior experience as the US face of an offshore or hybrid delivery model.
How you work
You take ownership without being asked. You'd rather over-communicate than let a client wonder. You bring the recommendation, not the options list. You care about the India team's work as much as the client's outcome, because they are the same thing.

Why join us
  • Real ownership. You own the client, the strategy and the outcome, not a slice of someone else's account plan.
  • A delivery engine behind you. A specialist India team across paid media, ABM, creative, analytics and project ops executes what you set; you spend your time with clients, not in spreadsheets.
  • Global SaaS as your canvas. Fast-moving SaaS brands scaling to $100M+ ARR, with founders and CMOs as your day-to-day counterparts.
  • AI at the core. Automated audits, anomaly alerts, creative-fatigue detection and AI-assisted reporting, so the work you present is sharper and faster.
  • Partner-grade credibility. Google Premier, HubSpot Platinum and LinkedIn Corporate Partner status behind every pitch.
  • A clear path. This seat grows into Account Director and US client-services leadership as the US portfolio scales.
Working setup and benefits
  • Fully remote, based in the US or Canada; core hours aligned to US Eastern or Central business hours.
  • Daily overlap with the India team in the US morning; the India team runs US-overlap shifts to make this work.
  • Occasional travel for client QBRs and industry events (for example B2B Marketing Exchange).
  • Learning and development budget for certifications, courses and conferences.
  • Full access to TripleDart's AI-native tooling stack (Claude, ChatGPT, Slate and internal platforms).
