Manage territory business plans and drive Ultherapy procedure growth via clinical training, staff sales coaching, practice marketing support, consumables and capital portfolio management, sales presentations, compliance with CRM and reporting, and collaboration across the Aesthetics team.
- Develop a working territory business plan that includes account segmentation, forecasting, marketing and sales execution strategies.
- Provide clinical training related to new customer start up as well as advanced training on Ultherapy in order to improve clinical outcomes.
- Train practice staff how to sell the Ultherapy procedure to potential patients through role playing and “see one, do one, teach one” technique.
- Conduct marketing installation on Ulthera by training all practice management personnel on available tools and resources.
- Provide patient consultation coaching.
- Effectively manage the Ulthera Consumables portfolio (TDs) and possibly capital sales & skincare portfolios.
- Assist practice in planning their Ultherapy promotional program; provide hands on executional assistance in adapting and implementing promotional tactics.
- Provide on-hand assistance with special practice promotional events.
- Develop an individual account business plan to drive procedure growth and treatment pull through.
- Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner.
- Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.
- Ensure full compliance of all business hygiene related activities to include (but not limited to); expense reporting, entering calls in Merz CRM system, on-line module training, sample reporting and management. Adhering to all compliance protocols as it relates to Customer activities.
