About this team:

Magnite is seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager, Demand Solutions, Canada to join our Toronto-based Demand Solutions team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, Demand Solutions, Canada, this role will support our executive sales team while leading campaign management for a growing portfolio of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with both Sales and Publisher Account Management to deliver seamless execution and exceptional results. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class support and strategic value to our advertiser clients.
 

In this role you will:  

  • Develop deep expertise in Magnite’s OLV, Connected TV, Display, and Audio advertising solutions

  • Launch, optimize, and oversee high-volume managed service and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms within the Canadian market

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle

  • Analyze performance data, generate cross-platform reporting, and proactively troubleshoot to drive campaign success

  • Deliver insightful post-campaign analyses to inform optimization strategies and encourage repeat business

  • Support the RFP process by forecasting inventory, curating strategic site lists, and recommending ad solutions aligned with client KPIs

  • Create and enhance sales collateral to support new business development

  • Collaborate with Publisher Account Management to uncover growth opportunities across clients and partners

  • Contribute to internal initiatives and external marketing efforts

  • Represent Magnite at industry events to strengthen brand presence and market visibility

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising

  • Experience managing client relationships in a professional setting

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both in person and via email

  • Foundational knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem (programmatic & ad trafficking experience is an asset)

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian online publisher landscape

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and drive solutions internally and externally

  • Bilingualism in French is an asset
