The Role At A Glance
As our new Influencer - Account Manager Assistant intern, you’ll be assisting with a variety of tasks that contribute to talent scouting and overall campaign execution at Dulcedo. Your profile should reflect an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing. You should have a strong interest in social media, talent development, and influencer-brand collaborations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in talent recruitment and campaign coordination!
Your Role In Action
- Act as a middle man between different key stakeholders such as Talent Agents, Brands and Dulcedo Talents.
- Help maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.
- Support outbound PR pitching efforts for gifting and events by drafting outreach emails and assisting with templates.
- Assist social media strategizing for talents
- Maintain up-to-date records of partnership tracking and performance insights
What You’re Bringing With You
- Recent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).
- Strong organizational and time management skills offering great work ethics.
- While bilingualism in French and English is considered a huge asset, it is sufficient to be fluent in English.
- Passion for the creator economy and influencer marketing (Bonus if in fitness and beauty niches)
- Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.
- Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.
- Strong desire to kick off a career in the world of talent management and influencer marketing.
Parameters & Perks!
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
- Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
- Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.
