You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales function from the ground up, driving pipeline and helping Tofu reach $10M in ARR. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an early-stage team where your impact is massive, your ownership is real, and your growth is unlimited.

- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with security teams.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure success.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonates with our buyers.
- Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy, and identify new growth channels.
- Track metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on what's working.
- 3-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development OR you have been a founder before.
- You take initiative, love to win and are motivated to build massive pipeline.
- You do not wait for instructions, you figure things out and find creative ways to get prospects to book calls and close deals.
- You can manage a large prospect list of active leads and relentlessly (and politely) stay on top of prospects that take longer to close.
- You communicate in plain language and explain things simply - we’re allergic to complex language.
- Thrive in ambiguity you can prioritize, execute, and lead your own pipeline without direction.
- You want to work in an early-stage startup, know what it takes and are eager to grow quickly.
Note: This will be intense and you need to be up to the challenge.
- You’ll help build the trust layer for the internet, one of the defining problems of the AI era.
- You will join a team obsessed with building a generational company.
- You want to win.
- Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
- Comprehensive health benefits.
- 3 weeks of vacation.
