Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, QBRs, account health, renewals, expansion, and retention. Represent customer needs in product planning, translate pain points into roadmap priorities, run betas and launches, measure adoption, and establish customer metrics. Partner closely with the CEO, engineering, and sales to shape customer and product strategy and support company growth.

Own the full customer lifecycle from first prospect interaction through onboarding, engagement, renewals, and expansion. Build customer playbooks, tooling, and team; drive time-to-value, ROI in first 30 days, run QBRs, maintain account health, prevent churn, and translate customer pain into product roadmap while partnering with leadership, product, and engineering to reach $10M ARR.
