Position: Account Executive
$100,000 Base Salary ($200,000+ OTE Uncapped)

The Role: Full-Cycle Growth & Technical Mastery
As an Account Executive at Fiscal.ai, you aren't just "closing leads"—you are a business builder. You will be responsible for the entire sales ecosystem, from initial market thesis to technical product delivery. We are looking for a true "hunter" who thrives on autonomy, possesses the technical depth to demo their own product, and takes personal pride in a clean, high-velocity pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-Sourced Pipeline: You own your top-of-funnel. This includes building and executing your own multi-channel market development campaigns using email, phone, and social selling.
  • Technical Product Ownership: You are technically proficient enough to command a room. You will lead your own product demonstrations, comfortably explaining our API capabilities and data architecture without needing to lean on a Sales Engineer for every call.
  • Relationship Architecture: You’ll represent Fiscal.ai at industry events, turning handshakes into high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • CRM Discipline: We move fast, which makes data integrity vital. You are expected to maintain a meticulous CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience: Proven track record of running full-cycle B2B SaaS sales (Open to Close).
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to master a complex technical product and deliver compelling, high-stakes demonstrations.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and build a territory from scratch.
  • Methodology Driven: Formally trained in a modern sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC).
  • High-Stakes Experience: History of winning large-scale enterprise deals ($300k+).
  • Travel: Ability to travel for high-impact client meetings and industry conferences.

  • Capital Markets Expertise: Previous experience working within or selling to Capital Markets is a significant advantage.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial data, APIs, or the fintech/wealthtech landscape.
  • Network: Established relationships within online brokerages, asset managers, or fintechs.
