AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-impact role, you will directly influence the digital evolution of Western Canada’s civil construction industry. You will serve as a trusted advisor to an established customer base, guiding their transition to modern subscription models and expanding their access to Trimble’s connected construction ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth across a defined Western Canada territory by partnering end-to-end with civil construction clients through their buying journey. 

  • Uncover new opportunities and expand client relationships by presenting comprehensive software suites, product bundles, and industry cloud solutions.  

  • Guide existing clients through seamless transformations from traditional models to modern subscription software solutions. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional sales, product, and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline and maintain long-term territory plans. 

  • Consistently achieve sales targets while positioning Trimble’s full portfolio to solve complex customer business needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B customer sales, account management, and strategic pipeline growth with a history of hitting or exceeding quotas. 

  • Strong expertise in software sales, with a background in SaaS environments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage multiple customer personas. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, territory management, and execution of sales methodologies.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience guiding clients through software shifts from perpetual licenses to subscription models. 

  • Domain knowledge within the construction, civil trades, or broader AECO industries. 

  • Familiarity with B2W software solutions and customer workflows.

Logistics:

Location: Western Canada (Remote / Field-Based) 

Travel Requirement: Average 20%, up to 50%

Compensation: $80,000 base $80,000 Commission
