DataDocks is a warehouse and logistics SaaS company helping distribution centers replace manual dock scheduling, carrier emails, and spreadsheet-based appointment workflows.

We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who wants to help turn founder-led sales into a repeatable sales motion. We have real customers, a proven product, and a market that still relies heavily on manual processes. You’ll have direct access to the founder, product, and customers, while owning prospecting, discovery, demos, follow-up, and closing new business.

This role is a good fit for someone who likes building pipeline, learning an industry deeply, and earning trust with practical operators who care about solving real workflow problems.

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year OTE is approximately $120,000–$160,000+, with upside for strong performance.

In your first 90 days, you’ll:

  • Learn our customers, product, and warehouse/dock scheduling workflows
  • Shadow founder led sales calls and demos
  • Start outbound into warehouse’s and distribution centres
  • Run discovery calls and demos with support
  • Build a repeatable follow-up and pipeline process

By 6 months, you’ll:

  • Own a defined pipeline
  • Close new customer revenue
  • Help improve our messaging, demo flow, and sales process
  • Bring market feedback back into product

Ideal profile:

  • 3-10 years B2B sales experience
  • Full-cycle closing experience
  • Comfortable with outbound
  • Strong discovery and follow-up discipline
  • Can speak with warehouse, ops, supply chain, and logistics leaders
  • Comfortable selling a practical product to practical buyers

Bonus points if you:

  • Have sold technical or operational software before
  • Enjoy figuring things out without a 40-page playbook
  • Naturally look for ways to improve systems and processes

Why DataDocks

  • Remote-first (Canada) — work how you work best
  • Full benefits – health, dental, all the basics
  • High trust, low micromanagement environment
  • Your ideas actually shape the product and how we grow
  • Annual team retreat — no trust falls, we promise

We’re a small, ambitious team building software for an industry that keeps the world moving. The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and high ownership. The impact you make here will be visible immediately.

Ready?

If you enjoy solving real operational problems, working directly with operators, and closing deals that have a tangible impact, we’d love to meet you.

Apply and help us build something that makes logistics simpler, smarter, and easier for the teams running it every day.
