About the Role

Appnovation is hiring an Account Analyst to join the team managing a range of North American clients. The successful candidate will be expected to understand clients’ business needs and opportunities deeply. They will need the flexibility to shift account assignments as business needs require. They must also be able to lead agency experts to innovative digital solutions for their assigned clients. Experience in Digital Agency is a plus. 

As an Account Supervisor you will

  • Know the client’s business goals and how we can help achieve them.
  • Category and company knowledge is needed to understand what the client is trying to accomplish and how we can address that by applying agency skills and services.
  • Generate organic growth by understanding how agency services could expand to the client.
  • Establish yourself and the agency at the client as an indispensable resource.

Leading a project team

  • Understanding and command of the agency's work and how it contributes to client success.
  • Maintain full awareness of progress or lack of progress and be ready to correct courses as needed.
  • Be ready to focus/refocus the team when there is confusion or conflict.
  • Work in lockstep with Project Management on:
    • Project Planning
    • Status and Condition of Deliverables
    • Budget burn versus “doneness” of the work or conditions/milestones
    • Client perception/attitude - reaction, feedback, next steps
    • Team morale and productivity

Business Management

  • Forecasting client and project revenue and margin.
  • Monitor and manage progress towards revenue goals and projections.
  • Set up (In SalesForce) and manage the life cycle of opportunities and projects.
  • Monitor and manage the financial health of the whole account, cumulative of all projects.
