Lead product design and UX across Zuma's agentic-AI platform. Define interaction patterns between humans and autonomous agents, craft coherent multi-persona experiences, shape product strategy with founders, and scale the design function through mentorship, standards, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup.

Lead design and rewrites to build a scalable, resilient backend and cloud infrastructure. Own data storage performance, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability, incident response, and analytics. Mentor engineers, support customer onboarding and integrations, and drive reliability and scalability for AI-first products.

Serve as technical bridge for customer onboarding and integrations: maintain/debug internal admin tools, configure feature flags, ensure PMS/CRM API integrations, update docs, troubleshoot regressions and basic AI hallucinations, and collaborate with engineering to automate onboarding/support workflows.
