Account Director serving as the senior day-to-day client contact for a financial services account. Responsibilities include leading integrated digital, social, traditional, and broadcast campaigns; developing strategic and creative opportunities; managing planning, budgets, forecasting, resources, and account administration; coordinating agency and partner teams; and supervising direct reports. The role requires strong client relationships, creative judgment, financial acumen, digital and broadcast production experience, and occasional overnight travel.

Manage integrated advertising campaigns across digital, interactive, broadcast, print, and traditional media. Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, coordinate agency partners, brief creative teams, support strategy and presentations, oversee production and account administration, manage schedules, and lead weekly status meetings. Requires strong organization, collaboration, advertising production knowledge, and at least three years of experience.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns across creative, strategy, production, media, clients, and external partners. Build detailed workflows, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; manage dependencies, approvals, risks, scope, and launch readiness; and maintain stakeholder communication. The role also improves agency project-management processes, supports capacity forecasting, and leads post-campaign wrap-ups and lessons learned.
