Develop advanced statistical models and custom analyses to address client business challenges. Use R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, Excel, and other analytic tools to guide decisions, create deliverables, and implement solutions. Communicate findings through presentations, manage client relationships, provide project updates, and mentor Associates while contributing to consulting engagements.

Conduct market and desk research, develop analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary tools, and translate findings into client recommendations. Associates solve business problems, synthesize results, communicate insights, collaborate with client teams, and support solution implementation across multiple projects. The role requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, communication, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and a client-first mindset.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage (data lakes/warehouses). Integrate diverse sources, enforce data quality, security and compliance, optimize ETL/ELT, monitor pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders.
