Develop advanced statistical models and custom analyses to address client business challenges. Use R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, Excel, and other analytic tools to guide decisions, create deliverables, and implement solutions. Communicate findings through presentations, manage client relationships, provide project updates, and mentor Associates while contributing to consulting engagements.

Conduct market and desk research, develop analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary tools, and translate findings into client recommendations. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage (data lakes/warehouses). Integrate diverse sources, enforce data quality, security and compliance, optimize ETL/ELT, monitor pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable LLM-based solutions (RAG, agentic workflows, PEFT). Lead architecture, implement cloud and DevOps best practices (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes), build prompt/response guardrails, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage full SDLC and production deployments.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable LLM applications and pipelines using RAG, agentic workflows, PEFT, guardrails, and cloud platforms. Own architecture, software development lifecycle, code quality, DevOps automation, governance, monitoring, and production reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on software design and best practices.

The Senior Marketing Analytics Lead will oversee analytics projects, translate data into insights, influence marketing strategies, and mentor junior team members.

As a Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant, you will leverage problem solving, conduct market research, and develop client relationships while mentoring team members. You will structure analyses, communicate results, and ensure project goals are met, while supporting ZS's capabilities.
