Provide bilingual (English/French) administrative support for service operations: translate Quebec correspondence, create and send quotes, manage approvals, book invoices, prepare shipping documentation, perform filing and daily cycle counts, follow up on loaner equipment, enter contracts in Oracle, and perform other assigned tasks.

Territory Manager responsible for meeting sales quota in EMS, Fire, and healthcare markets. Duties include prospecting, product demos (WebEx/in-person), RFP/proposal coordination, negotiating and closing deals, territory development, trade show attendance, CRM data entry, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales support.

Sell ZOLL acute care products to EMS, fire, ambulance, and municipal customers in an assigned Ontario territory. Develop territory business plans, maintain pipeline and demo inventory, meet sales quotas, provide in-service education, use Salesforce.com for CRM, and report forecasts and expenses. Spend most of the week in the field.
