Lead development of scalable developer-platform architecture, tooling, testing frameworks, CI pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering guardrails. Drive AI-assisted development tools, improve software quality and productivity, optimize performance and reliability, and establish safer daily releases using canaries, traffic replay, and enterprise release bundling.

Architect and standardize SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba integration templates for scalable enterprise implementations. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and account teams to align integrations with product architecture, support pre-sales solution design, analyze customer environments, and convert bespoke mappings into reusable assets. Define implementation standards, troubleshoot APIs and integration errors, document requirements, and develop expertise across ERP ecosystems and procurement processes.

Designs and standardizes Zip’s Workday Financials and procurement integration templates for scalable customer implementations. Partners with Engineering, Product, Design, and account teams to architect solutions, analyze customer requirements, create reusable data-mapping assets, support pre-sales, troubleshoot integrations, and establish technical implementation standards. The role also expands expertise across ERP ecosystems while configuring APIs, documenting solutions, and improving integration workflows.
