Manage marketing-sourced leads from webinars, events, and content syndication; nurture historic leads; qualify and create opportunities for the revenue team; act as a sales-marketing liaison; run experiments to improve GTM processes and evangelize Zip's product.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor for customers, drive renewals and upsells while managing accounts, and leverage sales intelligence tools to enhance value and customer relationships.
