Manage a portfolio of B2B customers, define and deliver business outcomes, drive adoption and retention, and advise clients on procurement best practices. Build stakeholder relationships, monitor customer health metrics, train users, manage renewals with Sales, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into solutions. The role also involves implementation support, workflow optimization, project management, and improving Customer Success processes.

Lead development of scalable developer-platform architecture, tooling, testing frameworks, CI pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering guardrails. Drive AI-assisted development tools, improve software quality and productivity, optimize performance and reliability, and establish safer daily releases using canaries, traffic replay, and enterprise release bundling.

Lead customer onboarding and end-to-end ERP and procurement product implementations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring customer processes, conducting training and Q&A sessions, managing implementation projects, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and improving post-sales processes to accelerate customer value.
