The Email Marketing Manager will lead campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation strategies using HubSpot and Salesforce while optimizing engagement metrics and personalizing customer experiences through AI.

Own integration design and strategy for Salesforce and connected systems. Architect data ownership and ERDs, build robust code-driven integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks), ensure retries/idempotency/reconciliation, replace brittle no-code flows, implement CI/CD and metadata-as-code, build observability and runbooks, and partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize integrations.
