Designs, develops, tests, and improves electronic hardware for imaging-based data capture products. Responsibilities include circuit development, schematic entry, component selection, prototype testing, electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, test documentation, and collaboration with software, mechanical, optical, and manufacturing engineers. The role also directs technicians, works with vendors and customers, and supports upgrades to existing electrical designs.

Design, model, and test RF transmitters and receivers (700 MHz–10 GHz) for rugged handheld products. Lead RF system integration, EMI/EMC troubleshooting, lab test strategy, cross-functional debugging, and JDM collaboration. Investigate and apply AI/ML techniques to improve RF design and test efficiency; drive products from concept to production.

Lead cross-functional teams delivering wearable hardware and software solutions from concept to market. Drive strategy, roadmaps, partner negotiations, NPI, release and integration planning, budget and risk management, team development, and stakeholder reporting to senior leadership.
