Provides expert technical support for Android framework and core OS issues on Zebra mobile computing products. Debugs AOSP source code, NFC stacks, Host Card Emulation, secure elements, and RFID HALs; collaborates with customers and hardware, firmware, software, and product teams. Develops AI-driven diagnostic and workflow automation tools, documents solutions, and mentors support engineers.

Designs and reviews security controls for multi-cloud architectures, applications, APIs, workloads, and data flows. Partners with cloud, network, identity, security operations, and application teams to assess risks and implement secure design patterns. Advises on Zero Trust, IAM, segmentation, encryption, monitoring, perimeter controls, and cloud-native security capabilities. Documents findings, exceptions, remediation plans, and governance guidance while communicating risk and priorities to technical and leadership stakeholders.

Develop and roll out core hardware platforms, define hardware architecture, evaluate next-generation chipsets, and manage approved vendor lists. Perform full-lifecycle hardware design and validation, including signal and power integrity reviews. Collaborate with mechanical, software, RF engineering, and procurement teams to resolve system constraints, improve supply chain robustness, and ensure design for manufacturability.

Design, model, and test RF transmitters and receivers (700 MHz–10 GHz) for rugged handheld products. Lead RF system integration, EMI/EMC troubleshooting, lab test strategy, cross-functional debugging, and JDM collaboration. Investigate and apply AI/ML techniques to improve RF design and test efficiency; drive products from concept to production.

Lead cross-functional teams delivering wearable hardware and software solutions from concept to market. Drive strategy, roadmaps, partner negotiations, NPI, release and integration planning, budget and risk management, team development, and stakeholder reporting to senior leadership.
