The GTM Automation Specialist role involves optimizing and automating GTM processes using AI and various tools, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve efficiency and reporting.

Own and evolve the product design system (tokens, components, patterns, documentation) and partner with engineering to ship production HTML/CSS/React. Define interaction and accessibility standards, run audits and tooling to close gaps, mentor designers, and connect design decisions to measurable business outcomes (activation, retention, revenue).

Maintain and expand automated test suite for web and React Native mobile apps using WebdriverIO/Playwright. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests in CI/CD, debug failures, define test strategies, create test plans/cases, and collaborate with developers and product teams to embed quality throughout the development cycle.
