Teams at Zapier

Secure Zapier’s production infrastructure by identifying and mitigating risks, hardening cloud environments, improving Terraform and CI/CD security, managing vulnerability and misconfiguration tools, enforcing least-privilege access, strengthening data governance, hardening Kubernetes images, and supporting incident response. The role collaborates with Platform, Engineering, and Security teams in a remote-first environment.

Own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of Zapier’s database and caching infrastructure. Responsibilities include operating MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElastiCache; managing infrastructure with Terraform; building observability, automation, SLOs, and golden paths; participating in on-call; supporting product teams; improving performance and resilience; leading design reviews; documenting practices; and mentoring engineers.

Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for Zapier’s new products, including Sidekick. Own positioning, packaging, governance messaging, enterprise ICP, competitive differentiation, customer proof points, sales enablement, and commercial readiness. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Advocacy to support enterprise opportunities, translate product updates into field materials, and incorporate customer and deal feedback into product and GTM decisions.
