Provide immediate assessment and support to callers/texts to the 988 crisis line. Stabilize persons in crisis, perform risk assessments, create safety and relapse-prevention plans, deliver evidence-based short-term interventions, connect callers to local long-term supports, document contacts, and participate in training and team meetings. Work remotely with scheduled shifts covering calls and texts.

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will lead the agency's finance, human resources, procurement, and administration, ensuring high-quality service delivery while aligning with strategic objectives.
