Support Key Account Representatives by managing strategic wholesale partners across Canada: process orders, maintain inventory visibility, resolve account issues, recommend product assortments, coordinate cross-functionally, support launches and promotions, and build relationships to drive account growth and operational excellence.

Supports independent retail accounts and sales managers by entering and managing orders, resolving customer and warranty issues, monitoring inventory and backorders, coordinating with accounting, and supporting sales growth. Provides product expertise, in-store training, merchandising support, launch and campaign execution, brand presentations, event participation, and account feedback reporting. Builds relationships with retail staff and delivers responsive, organized customer service in a fast-paced environment.
