As a Photonics Data Analysis Engineer, you will develop software for analyzing and measuring photonic devices, requiring advanced mathematical skills and strong programming expertise, particularly in Python and data visualization.

Design GDS mask layouts and PDK components for multiplexed SNSPD arrays, integrate layout with simulations, perform physical verification (DRC/LVS), collaborate with fabrication partners, and optimize device performance through layout and test-structure design.

Lead and grow a software team (up to ~10), run Agile processes, set targets, partner on hiring and roadmaps, remove blockers, manage technical debt, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
