Perform project monitoring for lenders: review progress draw submissions, visit sites to verify work, analyze invoices/holdbacks, prepare monthly draw reports, perform take-offs and estimates using Bluebeam, and liaise with developers, contractors, and lenders to resolve billing and budget issues.

Support Directors and Technical Teams by maintaining project data and Polaris (Salesforce) ERP, enabling billing, reporting, invoicing, and project controls. Provide office management, receptionist duties, onboarding support, and marketing assistance. Train users, manage dashboards, liaise with internal and Australian/ICT teams, and ensure data integrity across project lifecycle.

Lead preparation and management of construction cost estimates and cost plans from feasibility through construction. Perform detailed material and labour analysis, tender reconciliation, value engineering, post-contract cost control, and client presentations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders, manage contracts, and deliver monthly cost reporting and change order analysis while ensuring document control and client satisfaction.
