Own the vision and roadmap for Wrapbook’s Agreement Data Platform, including agreement data models, rules, APIs, operator tooling, validation, and governance. Partner with engineering and payroll teams on migrations, service boundaries, explainability, compliance, and reliable downstream calculations. Drive discovery through launch, define measurable success metrics, use data to prioritize decisions, and leverage AI tools daily for analysis, coding comprehension, writing, and prototyping.

Own and mature Wrapbook’s end-to-end product development operating system, from intake and planning through release and learning. Lead the Technical Program Management practice, quality systems, release strategy, cross-functional communication, and AI-powered workflows. Manage and coach TPMs, establish delivery standards and metrics, improve predictability and throughput, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, risks, readiness, and outcomes.

Own and evolve shared platform infrastructure for approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications. Build secure, scalable Ruby on Rails applications and APIs, optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, lead ambiguous technical projects, support migrations, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call operations. Collaborate across product teams to deliver reliable, backward-compatible services used company-wide.
