Lead the Riverscapes and Shorelines Engineering Group delivering ecological restoration and environmental design projects. Provide technical oversight of designs, construction documents, hydraulics analyses, and construction support. Manage and mentor engineering staff, oversee project budgets/schedules, develop scopes, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams. Drive regional business development, represent WRA at conferences, and support strategic planning for the team.

The Wildlife Biologist leads and manages compliance monitoring projects, trains staff, liaises with clients and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for ecological projects in Northern California.
