Leads large, multinational clinical research projects and programs, ensuring delivery within cost, timeline, quality, and client expectations. Provides leadership, supervision, mentoring, and performance management for Project Managers; coordinates cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients; manages resources, budgets, risks, and project plans; supports proposals and business development; and drives process improvements aligned with clinical research standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup through closeout, overseeing technical, financial, operational, resource, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Lead cross-functional and external teams, coordinate subcontractors, develop and track project plans, resolve conflicts, manage contingencies, and ensure deliverables meet client and contract expectations. The role requires clinical pharmaceutical or research experience, knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, strong communication and organizational skills, and domestic and international travel.
