Leads month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and reporting. Owns intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation, foreign currency accounting, statutory reporting, and investment accounting. The role supports global accounting operations, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, partners with the Controller, and contributes to process improvements.

Supports WES’s mission-aligned investment portfolio through opportunity origination, market research, financial and impact due diligence, modeling, portfolio monitoring, reporting, valuation, and risk analysis. The role also improves investment processes, manages CRM and project systems, develops knowledge-management practices, prepares investment materials, and collaborates with internal leaders, investee partners, and external stakeholders.

Administers and optimizes Sage Intacct and related finance systems, including configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, access controls, data integrity, testing, and automation. Partners with Finance, IT, vendors, and users to resolve issues, improve processes, support implementations, strengthen audit readiness, and provide training and documentation. Supports accounting, treasury, investments, financial reporting, BI, and finance transformation initiatives.
