Supports WES’s mission-aligned investment portfolio through opportunity origination, market research, financial and impact due diligence, modeling, portfolio monitoring, reporting, valuation, and risk analysis. The role also improves investment processes, manages CRM and project systems, develops knowledge-management practices, prepares investment materials, and collaborates with internal leaders, investee partners, and external stakeholders.

Administers and optimizes Sage Intacct and related finance systems, including configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, access controls, data integrity, testing, and automation. Partners with Finance, IT, vendors, and users to resolve issues, improve processes, support implementations, strengthen audit readiness, and provide training and documentation. Supports accounting, treasury, investments, financial reporting, BI, and finance transformation initiatives.

Executes and optimizes SEM, SEO, GEO, and AI search initiatives; analyzes campaign performance; prepares reports; manages tracking through Google Tag Manager; supports digital assets, email campaigns, webinars, conferences, podcasts, and e-commerce transformation projects. Collaborates across teams to improve digital visibility, engagement, user experience, and marketing outcomes while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Leads the global treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity, working capital, forecasting, banking relationships, payment governance, treasury controls, and financial risk. Partners with finance teams and financial institutions on cash planning, investments, payroll funding, and cross-entity operations. Manages and develops the treasury team, drives policy and process standardization, and leads ERP and banking-system automation to improve cash visibility, efficiency, and control.

Reviews international education credential files, verifies documentation and applicant information, assesses credentials using WES protocols, and processes applications accurately within deadlines. The role requires maintaining applicant privacy, learning international education systems, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying out-of-scope cases, and contributing to process improvements. Strong English skills and the ability to read German and/or French are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective remote-work communication.

Leads WES Canada's policy, advocacy, and applied economic research agenda. Directs quantitative research on immigration, labour markets, credential recognition, and workforce integration; develops policy positions, consultation submissions, and strategic recommendations; manages staff, consultants, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives; advises executives; prepares board and briefing materials; and represents WES with governments, institutions, employers, and sector stakeholders.

Leads WES Canada's regulatory innovation and occupational licensure reform agenda. The role advances Pan-Canadian harmonization, builds coalitions with regulators and government, conducts licensing research, supports labour market integration, influences policy, and represents WES externally. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, partnerships, evaluation plans, knowledge mobilization, and advocacy while building and mentoring a multidisciplinary team focused on systems change and equitable access.

Chief of Staff serving as a strategic advisor and organizational integrator for WES Canada’s Managing Director and leadership team. Responsibilities include coordinating executive priorities, board governance, strategic planning, dashboards, budgets, communications, cross-functional initiatives, and organizational reporting. The role manages high-priority projects, supports decision-making, monitors execution, builds stakeholder relationships, and supervises administrative staff in a complex, matrixed nonprofit environment.

Conduct learning needs analyses, define measurable objectives, and design e-learning and instructor-led modules using ADDIE. Convert existing materials with Articulate and AI-assisted tools, create assessments using Bloom's Taxonomy and the Kirkpatrick model, leverage UKGPro LMS for deployment and reporting, and manage multiple projects with SMEs to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Support Chief of Staff and Chief Social Impact Officer with leadership operations, calendar and meeting management, priority tracking, budgeting support, cross-team coordination, reporting, and ad-hoc project support to ensure alignment and execution across systems change initiatives.

Lead a client success team responsible for retention, expansion, and growth across a 7,000+ account portfolio. Drive renewals, forecasting, Salesforce reporting, executive-level escalations, segmentation strategies, data-driven insights, and cross-functional alignment to increase volume and account value while coaching and developing staff.

Lead external communications and public affairs for Canada, develop and execute influence and messaging strategies, manage media relations and one direct report, coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies, track metrics, implement issues management, and advise senior leadership to grow WES's profile and influence in Canada.
