Own and scale top-of-funnel demand generation: plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage AI and automation to increase qualified leads, analyze funnel metrics and pipeline ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science to translate campaigns into revenue.

Lead Events & Hospitality marketplace operations: own P&L, balance supply and demand, build playbooks and roadmaps, collaborate with data science for forecasting, manage worker acquisition and re-engagement, create dashboards, and support sales with labor strategy and analysis.
