Leads presales solution consulting for Workday’s HCM and ERP platform in the emerging enterprise segment. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market and sales enablement content, creating demonstrations, delivering presentations and technical workshops, supporting RFIs and RFPs, answering product questions, and helping close sales. The role requires HR and cloud HCM application expertise, strong presentation and communication skills, value-based selling experience, bilingual French and English proficiency, and up to 25% travel.

Own the enterprise DataOps and Governance technology product backlog, prioritizing features, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and guiding Agile/Scrum delivery. Partner with data governance, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, validate completed work, monitor product metrics, and improve data products. The role requires strong cross-functional influence, enterprise data experience, and expertise with Agile management tools.

Own complex enterprise identity sales cycles from discovery through close. Build account strategies, develop pipeline, engage CISO, CIO, and CTO stakeholders, and position identity governance, access management, compliance, security, and AI governance solutions. Coordinate cross-functional sales, product, engineering, customer success, and partner teams while delivering executive-level value propositions and managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
